I started working on this tonight, progressing nicely, the fabric is a oh-so-soft jersey from Needle Nook Fabric. I really like the shirring detail. For a great tutorial on shirring, check out Portabellopixie Shir Madness tutorial
I mentioned earlier I switched my comments to Halo Scan. Well, I couldn't just reply to the comments, I had to log into the webpage. I emailed customer support and they suggested I look into js-kit. That had the capability but I didn't want to take that much time to figure it out! It probably is very easy and I could do it if I desired but I spend so much time on the computer with photos, podcast and work, I will pass on this one. So I reverted back to the original blogger comment form, it is fine.
Wedding plans are starting to form, the bride-to-be is coming home this weekend and we are looking at reception sites. The best part will be Saturday afternoon, wedding dress shopping. I can only imagine how beautiful my daughter will look.
Love this HotPatterns style Lori....but more importantly...
ReplyDeleteHave fun shopping for THE wedding dress....bring tissues :)
Can't wait to see how it turns out! Oh, and wedding dress shopping...that will be so much fun! I can imagine she will look stunning. I know I would cry seeing my daughter in all those beautiful dresses and just the whole meaning of the day.
ReplyDeleteSuch an exciting time for you and your family. I know your DD will be so beautiful in the dress. When is the wedding? Are you sewing BM dresses? Congrats to you all.
