Now truth be told, I only sewed the buttons on in 2009. It is New Look 6704 and hereis the first one I made.
I used the sleeves from New Look 6407 The fabric is from my friend, Virginia, she brought it when she visited. Thank you, Virginia, the fabric was a dream to sew.
Here is a cake full of 19 candles.
Vicki commented on my last post about my print tops and how she likes them (thanks, Vicki). I do like them too, but I have a closet full of them and feel the need to have some solids for layering and just to calm my closet down!
Lori - I love the play of stripes on this top! Lovely, very lovely!
ReplyDeleteI love it!!!

And I just noticed we have the same post titles. :-)
Oh, Virginia was VERY good to you...I love the fabric, and the blouse is outstanding. (By the way, while discussing PR with Ann (of bra fame!) in her shop here in Wichita, she asked if I was familiar with your creations on PR, and of course, I was. Oh, to be a prolific sewer.
