Tunic type tops are everywhere this fall. You could do a basic chambray top or a cute plaid one.
Here is one from Loft. I like this look because it would look so good with the skirts above.

I love the first skirt from Net-a-Porter, even has the fringe that is so "in" now. Also, love the black/white top and the...gotta stop (too much on my sewing list, already!).
