The Bellevue Shirt seems to be a favorite for me of late, so here it is one more time
I had just finished my Jasper Sweater and the red thread was on the serger and I had an hour of time, so yes another Bellevue.
'
The fabric is a knit I found at Hancock's before it closed. I used a white shirting for the bottom and had to cut it a bit shorter. That change was my error, I tapered the hips too much and it was just too tight at the hem!
So if you are looking for a quick shirt to make with some interesting details, try the Bellevue and here is all the Bellevues I have made.
Such a cute top!

ReplyDeleteIt is a fun shirt.
DeleteI love your Bellevue collection! How would you compare the fit to the Lane Raglan?
ReplyDeleteThis one fit is more relaxed than the Lane
DeleteLooks great! Nice top to have to the pre-spring weather.
