Another version of Maritime Knit Top and this one has a yoke.
I used some fabric is from Sewing Studio - Blue Geometric Jersey for the yoke and the body is Blue/Sage Cotton Balls
I used the notches from the front sleeve for my cutting line for the yoke. I also lengthened the sleeves for a long sleeve, winter is coming!
This is a fun top and I have another version to show you next week. I did take this one in a bit at the side seams, the cotton-lycra is just needed some shaping.
Very pretty combination of fabrics!

ReplyDeleteThanks, Dara, I really appreciate it.
DeleteVery nice! I love pattern mixing, but don't trust myself to do it right. This is just right.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your response to me in your last Maritime post. The slightly tightened neckband was just right. I got my copy of the pattern today (after a week in lost mail hell) and will try it out this afternoon.
Thanks, Kay and happy to help. Have fun making your top.
