Pauline Alice Pattern - Mini Collection Jacket

I have exciting things coming in 2022, a new granddaughter  So I wanted the parents to have something special to open for her.

I went with this adorable jacket, which I made twice for last Christmas, two grandbabies then.  The pattern is Pauline Alice Mini Collection and it is amazing.  You can check out those makes here 

I used mySewnet software to create these designs, one for the back and one for each of the sleeves.  I did raise the back yoke section so the design fit, adding a bit of decorative stitching

My fabrics are from Joann Fabrics, a nice denim and flannel.  

This pattern is surprisingly quick to sew and I so enjoy sewing it.  In fact, I want one!  

I had snaps in my collection, not very many colors but the tan ones worked just fine

The older sister has nicknamed her sibling to be "Cutie" and in my Kylie and the Machine Advent labels was a cutie one.  I just topstitched it on the lining.

This is a 3 month size but I find this pattern runs large.  I made this size last Christmas and one granddaughter was wearing it at 8 months.  So I think this will be perfect for the fall 2022
